Job Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram with the following Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead qualification through company database and scheduling meetings with the Business Development team for strategic level leads.
  2. Achieve a 10% direct sales quota for low ticket size deals.
  3. Handling customer queries through effective communication and service delivery.
  4. Developing strong relationships with prospective customers.
  5. The role involves extensive and targeted tele-calling on a daily basis through the lead database.
  6. To play a key role in engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and aligning them with RECON's tailored consulting services to drive growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Proficient in modern CRM tools for lead tracking.
  • Strong and effective Communication to convey RECON's unique services to prospects.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and leverage sales tools to meet targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales within the real estate or construction industry is a plus.
