Job Title: Calling Specialist Urban Company (Revamp Category)

Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month
Shift: 9:00 AM 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Sunday (1 weekly off)
About the Role
We are hiring calling specialists who will represent Urban Company and provide high-quality customer support for our Revamp category. If you are confident on calls, fluent in Hindi and English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to assigned customer leads within defined timelines.
- Share accurate information about UC's Revamp category and assist customers with their queries.
- Drive clarity and confidence by explaining product/service features in a simple, helpful manner.
- Document call outcomes, update customer records, and maintain accurate logs in the system.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering timely assistance and professional communication.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Hindi & English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and clarity
- Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM tools
- Previous calling/support experience preferred but not mandatory
