We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram with the following Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead qualification through company database and scheduling meetings with the Business Development team for strategic level leads.
- Achieve a 10% direct sales quota for low ticket size deals.
- Handling customer queries through effective communication and service delivery.
- Developing strong relationships with prospective customers.
- The role involves extensive and targeted tele-calling on a daily basis through the lead database.
- To play a key role in engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and aligning them with RECON's tailored consulting services to drive growth and success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients.
- Proficient in modern CRM tools for lead tracking.
- Strong and effective Communication to convey RECON's unique services to prospects.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and leverage sales tools to meet targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales within the real estate or construction industry is a plus.
