Inside Sales Specialist

Role Description

We're looking for an Inside Sales Specialist(must be based in India) to support our commercial team at NorthX Biologics. This role focuses on prospecting, preparing target lists, and supporting marketing and sales development efforts, especially around events, roadshows, and campaigns.

You'll work closely with sales and marketing to make sure we're approaching the right companies, at the right time, with the right focus. Prior experience in a biologics CDMO environment is important.

What you'll be involved in

• Identifying and researching biotech and biopharma companies relevant to NorthX Biologics` services
• Building and maintaining target lists for outreach, campaigns, events, and roadshows
• Supporting marketing and sales development activities
• Helping the sales team prepare ahead of conferences and customer meetings
• Keeping CRM data organized and up to date

What we're looking for

• 23 years of experience in inside sales or sales support within a biologics CDMO or related life sciences services company
• Bachelors/Master's degree within a Life Science( Biotechnology) or Business related discipline
• Familiarity with biologics and GMP CDMO services
• Comfortable working with sales and marketing teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and maintain a motivated approach
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
