Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Executive / Inside Sales professional to support business growth across the UK and EMEA staffing markets. The role involves proactive outreach, identifying new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and enabling client acquisition for IT, Engineering, Healthcare, and Professional Staffing services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in B2B staffing sales, and the ability to generate qualified leads through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients across UK and EMEA markets, including direct clients, MSPs, and staffing buyers.
- Build and maintain a robust database of prospects using LinkedIn, job boards, CRM tools, and market intelligence platforms.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Identify decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Procurement contacts.
Inside Sales & Business Development
- Conduct introductory calls and discovery meetings to understand client staffing needs and pain points.
- Present staffing capabilities, service offerings, and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and hand overqualified opportunities to Account Managers / Sales Heads.
- Support new business development initiatives including RFPs, RFIs, and capability presentations.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Track lead progress through the sales funnel and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Share weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion reports with management.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Stay updated on UK & EMEA staffing trends, competitor activities, rate structures, and hiring models.
- Identify new industries, geographies, and service lines for expansion.
- Provide insights and feedback to sales leadership to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with sales, account management, and recruitment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Align lead generation activities with delivery capabilities and market demand.
- Support marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, webinars, and social selling efforts.
Requirement
- 2-5 Years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development within a staffing or recruitment organization.
- Hands-on exposure to UK and/or EMEA staffing markets is highly preferred.
- Strong experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn-based prospecting.
- Familiarity with staffing models such as Direct Clients, MSP, VMS, and RPO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to work in UK/EMEA shifts and meet lead generation and pipeline targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
