Job Summary
We are looking for a results-drivenInternational Inside Sales Specialistto manage and convert international leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, target-oriented, and experienced in handling international customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handleoutbound sales calls with international prospects.
- Engage with global clients via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth closures.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years of experience ininternational inside salesor B2B/B2C sales.
- Excellent verbal and writtenEnglish communication skills.
- Experience working with international time zones.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong closing abilities.
- Comfortable working in night shifts (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience inEdTech / SaaS / IT / Consulting / Services.
- Exposure to international markets.
