Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Inside Sales Specialist. The primary responsibilities of this role include driving lead generation, managing the sales pipeline, and converting leads into clients. You will collaborate closely with potential clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and assist with onboarding. A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role, along with meeting established sales targets and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through understanding client requirements, resolving inquiries, and providing optimal solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
  • Prior experience in technology, AI solutions, or marketing industries is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
