Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Lead Generation (Enterprise Sales US Region)

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: 06:00 PM 03:30 AM (US Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation for our enterprise sales team in the US region. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients for IT services through proactive outreach and strategic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential enterprise clients in the US market
  • Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for enterprise IT services
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with key stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach effectiveness
  • Meet and exceed lead generation targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (IT services preferred)
  • Experience working with the US market is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to work night shifts (US time zone) from office
  • Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset

Candidate Preference

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15 days notice period preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise/B2B IT services sales
  • Knowledge of IT services like staffing, consulting, or digital solutions
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
