Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Inside Sales Specialist. The individual will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Primary responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, qualifying leads, presenting product offerings, addressing customer inquiries, and working closely with the sales team to nurture opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
