Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Inside Sales Specialist. The individual will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Primary responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, qualifying leads, presenting product offerings, addressing customer inquiries, and working closely with the sales team to nurture opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and qualify leads effectively
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written to present offerings and address inquiries
  • Goal-oriented and team collaboration skills to meet sales targets and contribute to overall team success
  • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle customer requirements
