Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in engaging prospective students and professionals, explaining our offerings, and converting leads into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
Qualify leads by understanding their interests, goals, and eligibility for international programs
Pitch relevant services (counseling, application support, country-specific guides, etc.)
Coordinate with the counseling and operations team for smooth onboarding
Follow up consistently to achieve sales targets
Provide feedback on user queries to improve service and outreach
Requirements
13 years of inside sales or telesales experience (EdTech, immigration, or overseas consulting preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
Ability to explain services clearly and handle objections
Preferred Skills
Understanding of overseas education or migration processes
Languages: English (must), Hindi (preferred), regional languages (a plus)
