Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Greater Noida.The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective clients, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, conducting sales calls, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
