Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will engage prospective students and clients, generate leads, and facilitate the entire sales process. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, understanding clients needs, and meeting sales targets. The role also requires proactive follow-ups and effective communication to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven approach to sales
  • Experience in the education or business training industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
