About SGS Technologies: We are headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, and are a trusted IT and staffing solutions provider with over 23 years of industry experience, delivering reliable and scalable solutions to clients across various domains.

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support our US process.

  • Title: Inside Sales Representative
  • Location: Remote
  • Work Timing: 6pm to 3am Indian Time
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities of the inside sales representative:

Lead generation:

  • Researching and identifying potential customers through various channels to generate new leads. Including email and calling campaigns.

Outbound calling:

  • Making proactive calls to potential clients to introduce products or services and qualify their interest.

Customer needs analysis:

  • Understanding customer requirements and pain points to tailor sales pitches accordingly.

Industry knowledge:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our core competencies and effectively communicate value to customers.

Sales presentations:

  • Delivering compelling presentations virtually or over the phone to showcase product benefits and address customer concerns.

Relationship building:

  • Establishing rapport with potential clients and nurturing long-term customer relationships.

Sales cycle management:

  • Managing the sales process from initial contact through closing the deal, including follow-up communication and addressing objections.

CRM management:

  • Maintaining accurate customer data and sales activity within the company's CRM system.

Sales forecasting:

  • Contributing to sales projections by analyzing market trends and customer data.

Quota attainment:

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Also, the candidate will be required to schedule and set appointments for US sales staff and provide critical support when needed.

Skills required for inside sales:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong listening skills to understand customer needs
  • Persuasive selling techniques
  • Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges
  • Time management skills to prioritize leads and manage sales pipeline
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Technical knowledge of the product or services being sold
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
