Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective business strategies
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
