Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Chennai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with the sales of imaging systems and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing clients, managing technical presentations, delivering customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive targeted sales outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and providing Technical Support
- Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to understand and convey technical concepts effectively to clients
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
- Industry-specific experience with imaging or healthcare systems is an advantage
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented work approach
