Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our B2C Sales team. This individual contributor role focuses on engaging prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, and recommending the most suitable Simplilearn programs to help them achieve their professional goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with prospective learners through outbound calls.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored learning solutions.
  • Drive consultative sales by effectively communicating program value.
  • Convert leads into enrollments through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets by maintaining high conversion rates.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share customer insights and feedback.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred, but not mandatory).
  • 05 years of experience in B2C inside sales, preferably in EdTech or service-based industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an added advantage.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends, as required for a B2C environment.
