This position has the key deliverable to generate leads for the Company key Practice areas.
This requires working very closely with the Sales and Practice Directors and senior executives. This role requires rigid discipline in executing to the metric defined for the Inside sales Team and delivering leads. There is heavy emphasis on managing and monitoring the process and providing detailed reports. Proficiency in Salesforce.com/CRM /Sales management tool is an absolute must for this position. Prior experience in executing campaigns on Lead Generation with primary Market Research is a must. The candidate must have prior experience in cold calling and must be proficient in engaging the customer and in other sales skills like discovering the needs and qualifying them further. Responsible for creating a qualified opportunity pipeline that results in full Target attainment. - Update all the activities in Salesforce.com
