Job Description

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Job Description:

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.

  • Understand customer needs and requirements.

  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate meetings

  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication (both email & phone) and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting (coldcalls, coldemails).

  • Able to generate their own data through data mining. Good at research: finding leads, mapping org structures, target accounts.

  • Eagerness to learn technical & product details and features of the product they are expected to position (cloud solutions, Google Workspace, etc.).

  • Ability to understand customer pain points & articulate value propositions.

  • Comfortable working in a targetdriven environment.

  • Basic computer skills: proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office. Experience using CRM tools.

Experience:

Fresher to 2 years of relevant experience is acceptable.

Immediate Joiners preferred.

Education:

HSC and Graduation is preferred.
