Location: Corporate Office _ Mumbai

One of the leading and fastest growing value-added distributors of global technology brands is looking for Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to oversee, support and grow its customer service department in Mumbai location.

Job Brief:

Inside Sales Representative (ISR) BU Head will be responsible for setting up the call center, deploying technology infrastructure including hardware and software platforms such as CRM for customer support activities, framing schedule of day-to-day call center activities, setting up a team of customer care representatives, assigning daily tasks and targets, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, creating weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, converting leads into business, evaluating team performance on regular intervals and assuring quality controls.

Job Requisites

• Proven work experience of 05-10 years as an Inside sales manager

• Ability to shortlist and deploy latest call center technology solutions

• Identify talent and set up a team of 10-15 customer care representatives within one year

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and inbound and outbound cold calls and emails

• Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels

• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel

• In-depth understanding of the sales administration process

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Fluency in English and 2-3 other regional languages

• Should be comfortable with rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the inside sales representatives team

• Monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process

• Set and track sales targets for your team

• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

• Develop methods to minimise customers complaints and increase customer engagement

• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales

• Regularly evaluate the performance of the inside sales team

• Manage pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned geographies

Qualification Graduate with excellent communication, analytical, presentation, problem solving and strategy planning skills. Hand-on experience with latest technology preferred.
