Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Current Owner Search by verifying the present ownership details of a property using public records.
  • Conduct Full Owner Search by tracing the complete chain of title (ownership history) for a specified period (typically 24–60 months or more).
  • Review and analyze deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, tax records, and other encumbrances.
  • Identify and report title defects, breaks in chain, or discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of ownership history and property details.
  • Work with county records, online databases, and title plants.
  • Prepare clear and concise title search reports as per client requirements.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards (TAT & accuracy).
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and clarifications.
