Description

We are seeking an experienced Air Freight Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in air freight sales, showcasing the ability to drive growth and establish strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the air freight sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends in the air freight market.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in air freight sales or a similar role.
Strong understanding of air freight logistics and the shipping industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
