Role Summary
The ISR is responsible for generating qualified meetings with US based prospects through structured outbound efforts. This role focuses strictly on top of funnel activities, ensuring a consistent flow of high quality opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute cold calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
• Identify and engage decision makers within target accounts
• Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
• Schedule meetings for the closing team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
• Ensure consistent follow up until meeting confirmation
Required Skills and Experience
• 1 to 3 year of experience in inside sales or outbound sales
• Understanding of US sales process and buyer behaviour
• Exposure to service based sales environment preferred
• Strong communication and outreach capabilities
• Ability to handle high volume prospecting
• Good qualification and discovery skills
