Job Title: Business Development Executive (Australian Shift)
Location: Ahmedabad
Shift Timing: Australian Shift (Early Morning IST, approx. 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team for the Australian market. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Australian market
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client needs and propose suitable products/services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Experience working with international clients (preferably Australian market) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
