Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Representative will engage in lead generation, manage accounts, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with potential and existing clients. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery is also required.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and develop potential business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure client needs are met effectively and build long-term relationships.
  • Strong Account Management capabilities to manage accounts, address client concerns, and maintain client retention.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in cloud services or technology sales is a plus.
  • Graduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
