Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an Inside Sales Representative. The intern will engage in daily tasks such as generating leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves effectively presenting Weskill's solutions to potential clients and nurturing relationships to meet sales targets and business growth objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to handle prospective customer inquiries and introductions effectively.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to foster positive client relationships and address concerns efficiently.
  • Experience or eagerness to develop expertise in Account Management to manage ongoing client relationships and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies or the education/training industry is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
