Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Manager with strong experience in the EdTech industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the inside sales team, driving enrollments, achieving revenue targets, and improving conversion ratios through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Handle high-quality inbound and outbound leads for EdTech programs
  • Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion metrics
  • Coach, train, and motivate team members to improve sales productivity
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead optimization
  • Ensure accurate CRM updates and reporting
  • Handle escalations and support closures for high-value leads
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Inside Sales (EdTech industry mandatory)
  • Proven experience in team handling and target achievement
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in at least one South Indian language
  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales dashboards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred
