Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager from the EdTech industry who has successfully managed inside sales teams and driven revenue through course/program sales. The ideal candidate should be a strong team leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate an inside sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Drive sales for educational courses/programs through phone calls, virtual meetings, and follow-ups
  • Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and training
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals
  • Track leads and sales activities using CRM tools
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead management and campaign execution
  • Prepare sales reports and MIS for management review

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 47 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the EdTech sector
  • Mandatory experience in selling courses/programs
  • Proven experience in team handling and leadership
  • Ability to communicate fluently in at least one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and people management skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
