Roles and Re sponsibilities -

Converting Leads into prospects by Pitching the Pre Leased Real Estate

Investment Product and Project

Liaise with the Site Sales team and push prospects for Video presentations and

Site visits

Managing site visits, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with

the Site Sales team for any clarification if needed

Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction at the

time of meetings and site visits

Updating Leads in CRM for every activity performed
