Job Summary
Tulio (www.tulio.design) is looking for an Inside Sales / Outbound Pipeline Lead responsible for generating qualified leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving consistent revenue growth through proactive outreach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
● Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities
● Build and manage a strong, healthy sales pipeline
● Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects
● Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce or similar tools)
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach and conversions
● Collaborate with performance marketing team to improve lead quality
● Track pipeline metrics and report performance regularly
● Handle objections and nurture leads through the sales funnel
Required Skills
● Strong communication and persuasion skills
● Experience in SDR / Inside Sales / Telecalling / Outbound roles
● Ability to handle high-volume outreach and follow-ups
● CRM experience preferred
● Strong target orientation and discipline
● Good understanding of sales funnel and pipeline management
Eligibility
● Graduate in any discipline
● 3–6 years of experience in sales, SDR, inside sales, or outbound roles
KPIs
● Qualified leads generated
● Conversion rate (lead → meeting → opportunity)
● Pipeline value created
● Daily outreach targets (calls/emails/messages)
