Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales

team. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, generating leads, and

driving revenue through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns,

and inbound lead follow-ups

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
  • Conduct product/service presentations over calls or virtual meetings
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Coordinate with the field sales team for closures (if required)
  • Handle objections and negotiate to close deals
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office
  • Active listening and problem-solving skillsQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / business development

  • Number of calls/emails per day
  • Lead conversion rate
  • Revenue generated
  • Customer acquisition and retention rate
  • Pipeline management

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales (as per requirement)
  • Prior experience in telecalling or inside sales
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
