Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales
team. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, generating leads, and
driving revenue through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns,
and inbound lead follow-ups
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
- Conduct product/service presentations over calls or virtual meetings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with the field sales team for closures (if required)
- Handle objections and negotiate to close deals
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance

- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / business development

- Experience in B2B or B2C sales (as per requirement)
