Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with potential clients, identifying and generating leads, and effectively communicating the academy's value propositions. Responsibilities include building relationships, understanding customer needs, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments by providing exceptional customer service. The Inside Sales Executive will work in a dynamic environment designed to meet individual and team sales targets, actively contributing to the organization's mission.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to establish rapport, understand customer goals, and offer appropriate solutions
- Sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Basic understanding of stock market investing and trading is a plus
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
