Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive
outbound sales initiatives across the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
executing multi-channel outreach strategies, identifying high-value prospects, and initiating
meaningful conversations that lead to long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive outbound prospecting activities through cold calling, email
campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
● Conduct high volume US market calling, engaging with decision-makers and
key stakeholders.
● Identify and target high potential prospects using research, intent data, and
prospecting tools.
● Perform lead qualification and discovery, understanding client needs and
business challenges.
● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by generating and nurturing leads.
● Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io for effective
prospecting and outreach.
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with
business goals.
● Stay updated on competitor offerings, industry trends, and product
enhancements to effectively position solutions.
● Deliver personalized and value-driven communication to improve
engagement and conversion rates.
● Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce,
HubSpot).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 1-4 years of experience in B2B outbound sales / business development /
inside sales.
● Proven experience in cold calling (US market preferred).
● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar
tools.
● Strong understanding of lead generation, qualification, and pipeline
management.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to handle objections and build meaningful client relationships.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
