Inside Sales Executive (Telecalling)
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time, on-site role primarily focused on telecalling, lead generation, and nurturing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound calling activities
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions
- Maintain and nurture a pipeline of prospects to drive conversions
- Support account management by coordinating with field sales and internal teams
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience through professional communication
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
