Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering warm, professional customer interactions.
- Sell products online with enthusiasm, ensuring customers leave impressed enough to share their experience.
- Build trust through responsiveness, reliability, and proactive problem-solving.
- Coordinate with operations to guarantee smooth, hassle-free deliveries.
- Learn and adapt to state-specific buy/sell processes and product features (training provided).
- Contribute to shaping customer-facing processes in our fast-growing start-up.
- Achieve sales conversions as your primary performance metric.
What You Bring:
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience in contact centres or recognized sales environments.
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, chat, and social media.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering 100% satisfaction.
- Team spirit, resilience, and adaptability to start-up challenges.
- Self-starter attitude with creativity to solve problems beyond standard processes.
- Fluency in English & Hindi; tyre/battery knowledge is a plus.
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week, including weekends, from our Noida office (rotating shifts).
