Inside Sales Executive – Online B2B Healthcare

Role Overview
This role is focused on driving online sales of consumables and disposables to hospitals, clinics, labs, diagnostic centres, and other institutional healthcare buyers. The candidate will manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and digital channels, support order conversion, and work closely with buyers to close repeat and bulk business.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for consumables and disposables through calls, emails, and online follow-ups.
Handle inquiries from hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and labs.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on usage and quantity.
Support pricing discussions, payment terms, and order closure to improve conversion and margin.
Coordinate with procurement, category, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Track customer buying patterns and identify repeat order opportunities.
Monitor competitor pricing, customer feedback, and market trends to improve sales performance.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, quotations, and closures in CRM.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in online B2B healthcare sales, inside sales, or institutional sales.
Experience in consumables and disposables such as lab disposables, surgical disposables, patient care items, or healthcare consumables will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of B2B customer behavior and repeat purchase cycles.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
