Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing and field sales team for lead conversion.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations via phone or online platforms.
- Track and report sales performance and pipeline status.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:- Experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer support.
- Knowledge of B2B/B2C sales processes.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and platforms.
