We are seeking a driven and articulate B2B/Consultative sales professional to generate and manage new business across the SaaS, Insurance Technology, and OEM domains in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of consultative selling and the ability to communicate the value of complex software or tech-driven platforms to decision-makers. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify Key decision makers and generate leads and pitch presentations, and virtual demos to senior stakeholders in the USA (including insurers, auto OEMs).
- Developing a Sales strategy to acquire new customers with high revenue potential.
- Qualify prospects based on industry fit, pain points, and buying readiness.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track opportunities in CRM and review with the leadership team on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Negotiate and close the deal with the key stakeholders of the customer.
- Ensure high revenue through clients and identify the opportunity for upsell and cross-sell.
- Build relationships with stakeholders at the Mid Management and CXO level, like Claims Heads, CIOs, Directors of Service, and Innovation Teams, etc, across OEMs and insurers.
- Coordinate with solution engineering/product teams to align use cases and client needs.
- Ensuring high NPS of the customers and sharing reports with clients on a regular basis, and proactive resolving the issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- 4-8 years of B2B inside sales experience in SaaS, InsurTech, or OEM/automotive tech.
- Experience selling to US clients with an understanding of US business etiquette.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and virtual selling.
- Strong analytical skills to identify prospect pain points and map solutions.
- Willingness to work during US hours (night shift IST).
- Experience engaging with insurance carriers, brokers, MGAs, TPAs, or automotive OEMs.
- Knowledge of insurance claims lifecycle, telematics, warranty systems, fleet tech, or connected vehicles.
- Experience with SaaS sales cycles - from trial to conversion to upsell.
