About The Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced, target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join an on-site clinic sales team. You will convert leads into booked appointments, manage CRM-driven pipelines, and deliver predictable monthly revenue by engaging prospects across phone, WhatsApp and email. This role suits candidates who excel at high-volume outreach, quick qualification, and closing appointments with empathy for healthcare customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end inside-sales: handle inbound inquiries and execute outbound outreach to convert leads into confirmed clinic appointments or diagnostic packages.
- Qualify leads quickly using a standard scoring framework and prioritise high-propensity prospects for follow-up.
- Manage and update CRM records dailylog calls, outcomes, next steps and appointment statuses to maintain a clean sales pipeline.
- Hit monthly KPIs for appointments booked, conversion rate and revenue; proactively chase targets and report performance to sales manager.
- Coordinate with front-desk and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding and reduce no-shows through reminders and pre-visit guidance.
- Provide regular feedback on lead sources, messaging effectiveness and process improvements to optimise conversion rates.

- Strong phone presence, comfortable handling high call volumes and follow-ups.
- Willingness to work on-site at clinic locations across India; flexible shift timings based on patient peak hours.
