Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Inside Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to start their career in sales, customer engagement, and business development. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales pipeline through structured inside sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and digital platforms
- Understand customer needs and clearly explain company products/services
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule product demos or sales meetings for senior sales managers
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Meet daily/weekly activity targets (calls, follow-ups, lead conversions)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Learn and adhere to sales scripts, processes, and compliance standards
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh graduates only (Any discipline)
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer interaction
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM exposure is a plus)
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a target-driven environment
