Job Summary
As a Senior Manager/ AGM Inside Sales Specialist at Airpay Payment Services Pvt. Ltd, you will be
responsible for driving sales and generating revenue within the fintech industry. Your main duties include
cold calling, qualifying leads, onboarding clients, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You
will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction, particularly
focusing on the D2C space and platforms like Shopify, Wix, and WooCommerce for merchant acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling and Lead Generation:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Qualify and disqualify inbound leads received through various platforms in a high-volume environment using calls.
Client Identification And Onboarding
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within client organizations.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for merchants on the platform, with a strong understanding of D2C space and platforms like Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, etc
Data Management
- Accurately enter and manage data within the company's CRM or other sales management systems on a regular basis.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by managing more of their transaction processes.
- Continuously propose solutions that meet clients objectives and enhance their experience with our services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in inside sales, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Experience in creation and scale-up, with a particular focus on the D2C space and platforms such as Shopify, Wix, and WooCommerce
