We are looking for a confident and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential business clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions
- Convert qualified leads into sales by effectively explaining product benefits and value propositions
- Follow up with prospects to close deals within defined timelines
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress in CRM
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in B2B Inside Sales or Product Sales
- Ability to understand and explain technical/product details clearly
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and email communication
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
