Job Description

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential business clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions
  • Convert qualified leads into sales by effectively explaining product benefits and value propositions
  • Follow up with prospects to close deals within defined timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress in CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in B2B Inside Sales or Product Sales
  • Ability to understand and explain technical/product details clearly
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and email communication
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
