Role Overview: Inside Sales Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this client-facing role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales, managing data, analyzing insights, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Management:
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer personalized gut health solutions.
Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
2. Data Management & Analytics:
Manage and organize sales data to track performance and customer interactions.
Analyze data to derive insights that inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
Use CRM tools to maintain records and report on key sales metrics.
3. Communication & Collaboration:
Effectively communicate Sova Health's value proposition to clients across different channels (calls, emails, virtual meetings).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing and customer support initiatives.
4. Target Achievement & Incentives:
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to unlock lucrative performance-based incentives.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
12 years of experience in an inside sales, client-facing, or similar role.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong data management and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
