About the Role:-
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and self-driven Inside Sales Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client engagement. You'll play a critical role in identifying business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through inside sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Pitch products/services to potential customers via phone, email, and social platforms.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed lead information and progress.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the senior sales team.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign-based outreach.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends.
Requirments:-
- 13 years of experience in inside sales or cold calling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle rejections and objections professionally.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and email platforms.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
