About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to manage and grow our international and domestic client base.

The ideal candidate will be responsible client relationship management, while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.

Understand client needs.

Operations & Coordination

Work closely with internal team.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Address customer queries and Provide prompt resolution to any concerns or disruptions.

Reporting & CRM Management

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and revenue generated.

Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales performance and client engagement.

Key Requirements

Experience: 2-4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, airline ticketing, or hospitality.
