Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include reaching out to potential leads to generate and qualify sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, addressing queries, and promoting Oliveboard's exam preparation products and services. The role also involves providing an excellent customer experience while contributing to sales goals and retaining clients through superior service and communication.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive revenue and identify new opportunities.
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage and influence clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Good organization and time management skills to handle multiple clients and leads simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in an inside sales role or in the edtech industry is preferred but not mandatory.
