Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will focus on generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into customers. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating effectively with potential clients to promote Oliveboard's products and services. The role requires working closely with the sales team to achieve business goals and targets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential customers effectively.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and address customer needs confidently and professionally.
  • Experience in Sales with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the education or edtech industry is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach and a goal-driven attitude.
