Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to support the growth of our employee preventive healthcare and wellness solutions. The role involves pitching our offerings to corporate clients, engaging HR and decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and closing business opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, structured follow-ups, and working in a fast-growing healthcare and wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Desired Skills & QualificationsPitch Paul Fincare's preventive healthcare and wellness solutions to corporate clients
  • Engage with HR Heads, Admin Teams, Founders, CXOs, and decision-makers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable healthcare plans and packages
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure

Lead Management & Prospecting

  • Work on target account lists and lead databases shared by the company
  • Source and qualify new prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and online research
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular follow-ups
  • Schedule discovery calls, product demos, and proposal discussions

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with prospects and clients during the pre-sales phase
  • Coordinate with internal operations and support teams for smooth client onboarding
  • Act as a point of contact for prospects until handover to the servicing team

Reporting & Process Adherence

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM or internal tracking tools
  • Share daily/weekly sales updates, pipeline reports, and closure forecasts
  • Capture market feedback, client objections, and competitor insights

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development
  • Prior experience in healthtech, HR tech, insurance, SaaS, or employee benefits is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and objection handling
  • Ability to understand business needs and sell solutions consultatively
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or lead management tools is a plus
