We are looking for a result-drivenInside Sales Executivewith experience in IT products and services lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outbound marketing, prospecting tools, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads for IT products and services (SaaS, Web & Mobile Development, AI, ERP, CRM, Custom Software Solutions)
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email marketing campaigns
  • Use tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, etc. for prospecting
  • Identify decision-makers and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
  • Perform follow-ups and nurture potential clients
  • Maintain and update CRM records regularly
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth lead handover
  • Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports

Required Skills

  • 14 years of experience in Inside Sales / lead generation (IT domain preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of outbound sales and prospecting tools
  • Good understanding of SaaS and IT service offerings
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
