Job Description:
We are looking for a result-drivenInside Sales Executivewith experience in IT products and services lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outbound marketing, prospecting tools, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for IT products and services (SaaS, Web & Mobile Development, AI, ERP, CRM, Custom Software Solutions)
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email marketing campaigns
- Use tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, etc. for prospecting
- Identify decision-makers and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
- Perform follow-ups and nurture potential clients
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth lead handover
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
Required Skills
- 14 years of experience in Inside Sales / lead generation (IT domain preferred)
- Strong knowledge of outbound sales and prospecting tools
- Good understanding of SaaS and IT service offerings
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
