We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Blockchain Sales Professional to drive business growth by promoting blockchain products, services, and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, a good understanding of blockchain technology, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and investors in the Web3 ecosystem
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in blockchain, crypto, Web3, DeFi, NFTs, and related technologies
- Promote blockchain-based products and services such as tokens, exchanges, wallets, validators, NFTs, and enterprise blockchain solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and community leaders
- Conduct client presentations, demos, and negotiations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product teams to align sales efforts
- Attend blockchain events, conferences, and online community forums to expand network
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales performance reports
- Stay updated with blockchain trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Required Skills& Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (blockchain/crypto experience is a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 ecosystems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience with B2B, B2C, or enterprise sales models
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business terms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in crypto exchanges, blockchain startups, or Web3 projects
- Existing network in the blockchain, crypto, or fintech industry
- Experience selling blockchain development services, token solutions, or SaaS products
- Knowledge of global crypto regulations and compliance (basic level)
