Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Inside Sales Executive will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up with prospective learners interested in MIME's healthcare education programs. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, qualifying prospects, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and nurturing leads through structured communication to drive course enrollments. The role involves explaining course offerings, addressing customer questions, coordinating with academic and operations teams, and ensuring a professional, service-oriented experience for all potential participants. The Inside Sales Executive will also support sales reporting, contribute to sales strategies, and work towards achieving individual and team targets.
Qualifications
  • Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to convert qualified leads into enrollments.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a clear, professional, and empathetic approach.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage sales data and reports.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Prior experience in education, training, or healthcare sales is an advantage.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or additional regional languages is beneficial.
